These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hoardable mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Hoardable ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Hoardable. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Hoardable provides:
You must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent or misleading information.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Hoardable a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service (item identification and inventory management).
Photos are processed using artificial intelligence to identify items. AI results are provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of item identification, and you are responsible for verifying identified items.
Photos are transmitted securely and stored in encrypted cloud storage. You may delete individual photos or your entire account at any time. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Hoardable provides a limited number of free photo scans per day. The daily free scan limit may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Additional scans may be purchased as credit packs through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Credits are consumable and are deducted when you perform a scan beyond your daily free allowance. Purchased credits do not expire.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform according to their refund policies:
Scan credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users. Credits remaining at the time of account deletion are forfeited.
The Hoardable application, brand, design, code, AI models, and documentation are owned by Hoardable and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain all rights to your photos, notes, tags, and personal inventory data. We claim no ownership over your content. You may export your data at any time.
Your inventory data belongs to you. You may export your data at any time through the app. We will provide your data in a standard, machine-readable format upon request.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-powered item identification. Results may include incorrect names, brands, or descriptions. Hoardable is an inventory tool, not a definitive appraisal or valuation service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOARDABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hoardable in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hoardable, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
